Back in 1963 Bill Weibel retired from the county of Alameda and moved into a retirement mobile home community. When it came time to insure his new home, he found few insurance agents had any practical knowledge of how to insure a mobile home. Convinced he could do a better job, Bill set out to become the best mobile home insurance agent possible.

In 1972 when Bill retired again his daughter, Diane Weibel White, became the new owner and continued to build an agency devoted to providing the best coverage available for homeowners living in mobile home parks.

In 1979, Diane married David White. Together they continued Bill’s vision of providing the best homeowners insurance at the lowest possible rates and did this statewide with a devotion to customer service.

Today, the Agency has grown tremendously into an industry leader specializing in mobile, manufactured, and modular homes just about anywhere in the great state of California.
